Care Institute of Life Sciences was established article 14, 15, 16, 19, 21 of the constitution of India and incorporated under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 of Government of India. It is managed by Care Educational Trust vide registration-3067 and supported by Shree Krishna Vidyapeet Evam Anusandan Sansthan vide registration Number 1-18525 . Care Institute of Life Sciences vocational education mission is an alternative education system working as a community college with the mission to take skill development and vocational training to the desirous candidate thereby enhancing social equality and giving opportunity for lifelong learning the objective of Care Institute of Life Sciences vocational education mission is to provide fixable educational opportunity for the development of vocational skill and to provide the knowhow to the Learners to enable than to become entrepreneurs and have their independent existence. The emphasis of Care Institute of Life Sciences vocational education mission and training is on developing a cadre of skilled small entrepreneur capable of being job provider rather than job seekers – by turning the unskilled.

Education is an endless process needed for the development of any nation. India being a develop county concentrate on four aspects of youth education. They are lifelong learning, an amplified version of basic education which means pre-school, elementary, secondary and higher secondary education, link between formal and non formal education and education for work. The pre-primary and the pre-secondary courses are more of exposure to the world of work and a link basic education program life enrichment courses are also offered as non credits courses under the vocational stream. Vocational courses are offered to accredited training and counseling centre.

The role of education in facilitating social and economic progress has been long recognized. Education improves physical and functional and analytical ability and there by opening opportunity to the individuals and also groups to achieve greater access to the labour market and lively hood. A better educated labour force is essential if we are able to meet the labour supply requirement at a faster growth. Education is not only an instrument of earning efficacy but also upgrading of a person social life.
Skill and knowledge are the engines of economic growth and social development of the country. country With higher and better label of knowledge and skill responded more effectively and promptly to the challenges and opportunity of globalization.

The institute is providing technical / vocational training to the students who have not been able to continue their higher education due to different causes. The institution is running as per article 14,15,19,21,26,29,30 and 351 of constitution of India. CILS has been established with a mission to take education to the door step of the learner. The Institute is built on the foundation to promote greater access to quality education, technical skills and contribution to the society and is helping the young people to develop technical skills. The Institute is working along the guidelines of National Education Mission of the Government of India. The Institute facilitates guidance and ensures the learner to possess the knowledge and skill to undergo vocational and professional training to lead a life of dignity and contentment. The Institute provides job oriented Courses with commitment to provide educational opportunity for the under privileged section of the society and citizen of rural India.

The emphasis is on developing the skills amongst girls, SC, ST, rural, youth capable of being job providers. The Institute is providing learning programmes in various academic, traditional, paramedical, technical, management courses. All the courses are Government recognized and unanimously approved by the Indian Parliament in 1952. Also the courses are approved by AICTE, DEB, Ministry Of HRD, Government of India, As per statical record, India has the largest youth population in the world (More than 50 crores) and only 5% of the Indian labor force in the age group 20- 24 has obtained technical skills. Only 25 lacs vocational training seats are available , when more than one crore twenty five lacs people enter the labor market. Therefore the largest share of new jobs are to come from the unorganized sector with employs upto 93% of the National work force. The Federation of Indian Chambers Of Commerce and Industry has emphasized on the need of trained and qualified staff in various fields of development. The Prime Ministers Council for trade has also emphasized on the need of trained personnel's.

With the development of medical science there has been ever increasing demand of trained paramedical manpower in the Indian sub-continent. Professional health care training is a significant component of health care and is important for national healthcare system.

The hallmark of "CILS" is to provide quality educatio consisting of a well-implemented programmed network.

We at "CILS" are providing training placement and career counselling cell. (CITPC) - which monitors the progress and evaluation of the students' skills. There is also skill development unit which takes care of the youth. The CSDU acts as a bridge between the institution and market. CARE student empowerment programme (CSEP) ensures the proper guidance to get placement and help in exploring career and study options. The student mentors prepare the student to take the basic decision in career selection. It also helps to bring out the hidden talent and recognize the skills in the student to promote them.
